Good product, terrible shipping.
I ordered an engraved tag for a scope. It is a nice, well made product. however I was not happy with the shipping, the website advertised same day engraving and 1st class shipping. My order took 13 days to arrive at my door. Not what I expected.

Hello Jon Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately the 1st Class Shipping option is not a guaranteed shipping, so the time frame can range from a couple a days to unfortunately in your case 13-15 days. Apologies if this has caused any problems. Kind Regards Medisave Customer Services

I got a hot pink color instead of burgandy

If you would like you can send the stethoscope back to us and we will swap the tubing around to an alternative colour for you.
