Medisave US LLPReviews of medisave.net

Super easy to order! Came in the mail way sooner than expected. It's exactly what the description said and the engraving came out perfect. Super happy with my purchase. Great price and exactly what I wanted. Great investment

I ordered a Littman stethoscope and nurses bag for my girlfriend who is graduating this December, she loved it! Arrived earlier than expected and excellent quality!

Daughter received it with engraving and she loves it. Fast shipping and you always get updated in email and phone on the status. Will shop again and shared this Medisave US LLP with others Med students.

I love my stethoscope. I'm going to save it until I start nursing school. It's beautiful. I purchased the littmann raspberry rainbow with engraving. Thanks so much MEDISAVE

I needed my blood pressure cuff and stethoscope in a set amount of time. Re-assured by customer service that by ordering an in stock product and paying for $20+ over night shipping I would be guaranteed to have them in time I ordered both from the sight because of the fantastic pricing. The next day comes and only the stethoscope shows up at my door. Over a week later and I still have no blood pressure cuff. I was told it wasn't in stock and would ship out as soon as it was in stock. Well, it is still listed as in stock online. And, when I called pretending to be another customer they where more then happy to assure me they had that product in stock. I am so horrified at the service I have received with this company and have not received any answers except we can not ship a product we don't have, and we can not reimburse you for a product you can't return yet.

I would highly recommend Medisave US LLC. The Littman I received was exactly as described. The package was shipped and received as promised. Definitely using Medisave again.

I chose medisave instead of allheart.com and Amazon because they had the best price and shipping cost. They gave me excellent service! I got my stethoscope engraved and shipped within 5 business days with general shipping rates! Couldn't be any happier with my choice! I got the orange Littmann and it is SO pretty! :)

My wife bought me a Littmann 3200 as a birthday gift. The stethoscope I received does not function as previously used Littmann 3200's. She spent over $400 and we would like to return it. It was purchased on 7/15/15. However, we are being charged a 30% restocking fee for a faulty product medisave sent us. Instead of medisave refunding or exchanging our item we were referred to Littmann instead (who do not take medisave units back). Based on this experience I would not recommend using medisave for any purchases. This has been a horrible customer service experience. I am also writing to Littmann as I believe medisave is not living up to Littmann's reputation. Also, this restocking fee being 30% is not mentioned anywhere on their return policy.
