Ordered a nice Littman stethoscope that was shipped promptly. Item was to have some custom engraving which was overlooked. Called MediSave and they e-mailed me a return postage label that day. I was very pleased with this shopping experience. The stethoscope is perfect. If I had a complaint, it would only be the engraving. It is extremely small. I really had to search for it. And the color doesn't really make it noticeable, but you don't get color choices for the engraving.
