I didn't complain. The shipping was fast and the contact was excellent. However, my master cardiology had flaws in the black coating of the head piece on my stethoscope. I didn't complain because it's minor and I don't have time to wait for another to come in. I also kept to myself because it had already been engraved. Its a good company but I would argue that their coating on my stethoscope was less than satisfactory. It's a big deal to me when you're paying $200+ that the item be in perfect shape. Even if it's coated.

The diaphragm on each of my (15yo) stethoscopes cracked within a few weeks of each other. I wanted to get another Littman pediatric stethoscope and wasn't sure where to get it. I went to Google and was directed to Medisave and found what I wanted very quickly. I even found my favorite color and a cool rainbow chestpiece! I then checked prices on a couple of other websites and everyone else was over 20 dollars higher. My new stethoscope arrived sooner than it was promised and was exactly as described. I've been showing it off to anyone who'll look!
