Highly Recommended - Fast AND Accurate
I've ordered twice from Medisave, always extremely happy with the product quality and selections. Very fast service, professional and detailed. I can see where they check off on their list what goes into the box - it's your invoice so you know that they've thoroughly looked everything over.....unlike other big box internet places like Amazon. I'm always happy to support a small business like this one.

I ordered my replacement tubing for my Littman stethescope many months ago. I did receive information stating that my order was on back order, but I didn't expect it to take months. I recently got an email stating that the color tubing that I ordered was no longer available and was offered other colors which I did select and was promptly advised that my choice would be shipped. Within days, I received my tubing. The tubing is great and what I ordered, my only problem was the amount of time it took from the date I originally placed my order.

Unfortunately we have experienced a few issues with the spare parts for Littmann stethoscopes recently as there appear to be a global shortage of the binaurals. Disappointed.
Contacted to have engraving changed. Promised that they would change. It was not, feel like they wanted to help but failed in the outcome.
