I got a littmann cardio III and I had my name engraved on it. It came in just a couple of days and I received text messages to keep me updated on how soon it was coming. It was nice to get a text one day saying that my stethoscope was out for dispatch and would be there that day. I had a very good experience and I would use them again.

In this day and age customer service is a rare event. I would say these guys went far above and beyond average. Received a text when it shipped, the day it was to be delivered and again when it was delivered. It was shipped in a reasonable time and the engraving was very good.
