Warranty service
My stethoscope tubing became stiff and cracked after 10 years of use. I mailed it to ADC and in less than a week I received my stethoscope with new tubing and eartips. They even gave me an extra pair of eartips. It is rare to find a company that makes it so easy to get warranty service. I have always liked their scopes, and I am now very impressed with customer service.

Great Product, Great Service
I recently ordered a Littmann Classic III stethoscope with engraving & received my stethoscope in fantastic condition very quickly. I'm happy with the speedy service & great price for such a sturdy product.
