I ordered 3 items, 2 of them shipped in an adequate amount of time. However, the third item was placed on back order. Since this was a gift needed by a specific date...I called to see how long it would be on back order. The CSR that took my call was not able to give me any approximate time until I would receive the item. I am currently searching elsewhere for the item and I will order it somewhere else and then cancel the back order item with Medisave. In general my first order experience has been quite disappointing.

rkaiser(at)medisave.net Robert Kaiser (Dir. N. American Operations) Unfortunately, Is not a customer advocate. A new item delivered with shipping damage was determined not to have enough damage to warrant a replacement. Instead, an offer to refurbish the item is made. How is this acceptable?
