I had a Great experience using this company
I had originally ordered from. Another online company, my item was going to be on back order again. So I looked on medisave the item I wanted was in stock and received it in 3 days with engraving. I called and talked wit a representative twice and they were both so helpful

Amazing customer service
I bought a stethoscope, case, and a digital code. I had the stethoscope in three days and it was engraved. I was missing the case and the digital code. I called the company and after two minutes on the phone with Jessica, I had the digital code in my email and within an hour, the missing case was shipped. The stethoscope an engraving is perfect. I am a very happy customer.

i ordered this stethoscope for my daughter who will be attending medical school in August.
This stethoscope was recommended by family friends who are doctors and nurses. It was engraved and shipped in a timely manner. It was the best deal and they offered a great case for half off at checkout(a pleasant surprise).

Incredible service-fast, beautiful engraving!! A++
Ordered my stethoscope with engraving, regular delivery. Very next day-shipment confirmation-2days later, delivery attempt! Unbelievable service. Only delay was usps who refused to leave at address despite note telling them to, so I got it Monday instead of Satirday, but that's usps fault, not medisave. They were ace. Text notifications of progress and everything. Contacted help chat for something-immediate response, just incredible overall!! Well done!

Stethoscope order
Wish they would have specified which of the stethoscope lengths was "standard" on the order options page because I picked the wrong one and now my new stethoscope is way too short! Why why why couldn't they just have had something on the site because it is super annoying! And of course I got it engraved so I can't return it. Otherwise no issues.
