Everything in the purchase process was very easy. My Daughter wanted the black stethoscope. When it arrived it was gray. She got on line with the help desk and everyone she spoke with was extremely helpful. Within a few conversation the parts that were supposed to be black were being shipped to her. Excellent customer service . The product is exactly as ordered and the engraving came out very nice.

I would recommend this company to everyone I know the service was awesome and I got my product in 2 days and I love the engraving that was done. Great job all around

I have had some problems with the delivery, I have rescheduled for today, but it didn't arrived. Now I have received a new email where they tell me that the parcel will be coming tomorrow at home.

Laser engraving looked good and there were more characters available than just the straight block alphabet that was available for engraving from other sources. Also, my stethoscope arrived really fast even though I've learned to accept that things usually take longer than quoted to arrive to Alaska.

Ordered an engraved stethoscope for my daughter and no issues whatsoever. The ordering process was easy and direct, the shipment arrived several days before expected, and the item and engraving were correct.
