Fast delivery. Reasonably priced. I just wish I could've engraved 20 letters.
Response from Medisave US LLPFeb 10, 2017
Thank-you Williams We are please to hear you received your order promptly and you are happy with our pricing. We do limit the engraving characters to keep the engraving clear and legible, if we extend the length for these the letter size would be reduced. I hope you are still happy with the engraving added. Kind Regards Medisave Customer Services

I got my name with a medical symbol, the caduceus engraved. You pay an additional 10$ for this and the symbol came out horrible. You can't even see what it is. I would have sent it back but they don't allow you to if it was engraved which is ridiculous if the engraving came out with poor quality. You cannot even tell what it is. I should have went with something more solid like a star. It says my first name, caduceus, then last name. The symbol just looks like a random engravement. To pay close to 200$ for something just to find the engravement to come out so poorly, maybe I should have purchased from one of the more expensive web sites. The stethoscope itself is fine but again, I spent this much in a stethoscope because I plan to have it for years now with very poor engraving. And also know what you want before hand. They do not let you return engraved items. So this stethoscope works great but it is extremely heavy and bothers my neck so be mindful. EDITED: I still would not get this symbol and still watch the return policy but the company was EXCELLENT. they contacted me and rectified the situation. Quick, nice, and helpful.

Not having ordered from Medisave before I was very skeptical. I read the reviews & decided to try. When I called customer service to ask questions before making purchase she was very polite & helpful. I ordered the Master Cardiology Stethoscope w/ engraving & tuning forks for school on 1/31 by 10 am (selected $12.99 & rush $1.99) & they were at my door the next day 2/1 by 2 pm as I needed them by Sat.(look at shipping times map its color coded I live in central NY so that may make a difference). The order was correct & packed well. I am impressed with how fast they were as some orders would take a week for the same price S&H. I was also able to select a box at checkout for free App (w/stethoscope) being I am a student. I would definitely order again even if their products cost a few dollars more just because of the shipping & customer service. They do not price match, but you can email the company to ask - I know others don't as well. OH if you try to use the online chat you will get someone from the UK so call the number at the top of the website :)
