Accept order when item are out of stock and missing another item.
I wasn't told that 1 of the item I ordered was out of stock and didn't even tell me on email that the item wasn't shipped. another item (pen light) wasn't in the package, when I called, they insist it is in thew same box as the stetoscope but I still couln't find it .

Sometimes our warehouse team pack the pen-torch in with stethoscopes to keep them protected, if this is not in the box we are happy to send a replacement for you.
