Website was user friendly, prompt efficient delivery. Only problem was I was not at home on day of delivery and had to go to the post office to pick up package.

My stethoscope is perfect. The engraving is just what I wanted. And although the pen light light stylus was an added bonus I love love lov it! The shipping was super fast even though there was a huge winter storm going on.
