Good items forsale

I ordered a stethoscope on their website, which was said to be in stock at the time. A while later, I was emailed saying it was out of stock. I had to call in, when I was told that a new shipment was coming in and that it would be mailed out soon. I received my shipment a few days late, due to the restocking. Then I found that the engraving that I had ordered was poorly done. I had to send the product back to get fixed. A lot of hiccups on the way to receive my product. Disappointed in how long it is taking for me to get to use the product I bought. However, customer service associate was friendly and fast in responding. Return shipping was also done fast. 5/5 for the stethoscope itself. Took points off for quality issues with how long it took for me to use the product.

The product was good but the delivery time was more than 3 months I guess because of the pandemic otherwise I’m satisfied.

Received my new Littman Eko with included case today and I'm very satisfied with my choice to buy from Medisave! Item exactly as described with prompt delivery service. Excellent business!
