My order arrived very quickly, which was very nice. I did not appreciate that I received many text messages from an unknown number regarding my order, which I did not sign up for or give my permission for. Especially since it was way more messages than I needed.

Excellent customer service experience. Email communication throughout the service. Acknowledgment of scope arrival, another when engraving was expected to complete, one when return ship occurred and a final when package delivered. I plan to purchase my next stethoscope from Medisave because this was such a great experience.
