Fast shipping with regular shipping. I live in NJ and I got it in 2 days ( I paid an extra $1 for rush processing so it's shipped out the same day). Got it engraved and it's a little small but still looks great! Plus the cardio IV sounds amazing compared to the classic!!! Worth every penny!

Fast shipping, good looking product. A little difficult to attach to stethoscope but I suppose this makes it more secure once it's on.
