You pay for any return!!
Ordered a Littmann Stethoscope and case (over $200 purchase) for my wife (birthday). She wanted to exchange the case. Medisave offers no return shipping options - and require traceable shipping on return. $12 cost to ship $12 case. Amazon and other online retailers have better service. I would not recommend Medisave. UPDATE: I received a reply from Medisave apologizing and informing me traceable shipping is recommended but NOT required. REALLY? Here is the email from Medisave employee, Jessica, instructing me how to the return the item (copy/paste of her exact message): "Mark outside of package with RA# (Medisave Order number) and use some method of shipping that provides a tracking number. Include a note stating the color you'd like to change to and the return address and telephone number. If you have any questions please let us know. Thank you Jessica ---------------- Seems you should train your employees.

Jon, I'm sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your original order. If we sent the wrong product or it was defective we would pay to get the product back but in a case like this we do ask our customers to pay the freight to get the item to us for exchange. We also sell these cases on Amazon and return freight for exchange would be the responsibility of the customer through Amazon as well. To be clear, you are free to use any method of return freight you desire – USPS 1st Class Mail would be around $3. While we do recommend a traceable means of shipping (these packages do go missing from time to time) it is certainly not a requirement. We did receive your return and it has been exchanged for the color you prefer and reshipped back to you at our expense.
