Love the product very solid
Love the product very solid, the typing print seemed a little more brown to me but just used an alcohol swab and looks great.

Thank you for your order. There can be residue from the laser process that can have a slightly rusty brown hue. Have you tried wiping the surface of the chestpiece with an alcohol swab?

I had ordered a stethoscope in Jan
I had ordered a stethoscope in Jan. By March it had not arrived. I called Medisave. They had discontinued the color I ordered. I was not notified. Once Medisave discovered what happened I received it in 3 days.

Dinah, Sorry for the trouble with your order. End of line issues are always problematic with Littmann. Even if we do get notification its always hard to know when the end is actually the end. Littmann may have inventory available even for a discontinued item for months. I did see that we did receive a small shipment of the particular stethoscope you requested just before you placed your order (cold comfort for you I realize). As there was no stock available when you placed the order you should have received an automated email as soon as your order was changed from processing to stock shortfall. That notification would not, however, have indicated that the product was no longer available from the manufacturer - I apologize for that. I'm glad we were able to change the color and fulfill your order - I wish it had been in a more timely manner.
