They were unable to provide service to our house, due to our location. They told us we would have to install our own (telephone) pole to place their receiver in order to get a signal.

So disappointed with my purchase. The engraved symbol is barely visible. There was no mention of size.

We're sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. We try to standardize our engraving so it doesn't vary from stethoscope to stethoscope. We use an Arial Bold modern font which has the best readability. Single symbols can be challenging depending on the stethoscope and the symbol. Some people want the symbol small and inconspicuous but we understand that you wanted the symbol to be more prominent on the chestpiece.
