My wife bought a stethoscope that was not delivery within the estimated time by UPS in Florida. As a result, her brother, who was in the US, did not receive the product before flying back to Brazil. However, we were lucky enough to have Robert Kaiser help us out. He kindly called the front desk at the hotel where my brother-in-law stayed and confirmed they were indeed holding our package. Robert then offered to ship the stethoscope to another address in the US. I happened to learn that a friend of mine is currently visiting the US and will receive our package.
