I purchased calming chews for my dogs as a subscription. When it became apparent that they were not making any bit of difference in my dog’s behavior, I reached out to the company to cancel. I have sent 8 emails requesting the subscription be stopped without a response. I have received 4 shipments of a product I do not want or use costing approximately $200. In my opinion Medipups has stolen that money from my account as I repeatedly contacted them to stop and telling them specifically that I did not authorized any additional charges. I just got off the phone with my back to file a fraudulent charge claim and cancelled the card because I felt like I was left with no other options. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Tried to cancel "unsolicited" subscription several times. Tried sending emails and contacting Medipups via phone to no avail. So far, I am out $166.00 and counting. I will be contacting the FCC to report fraudulent business practices immediately.

Medipups is not returning calls or emails sent to cancel my subscriptions. I have made numerous calls (voicemail) and numerous emails trying to cancel these two subscriptions. BEWARE

Do not sign up for the subscription. They do not let you cancel online and it makes you send an email but nobody responds. I have sent 4 emails 2 to skip a shipment and 2 to cancel and never received a response back. They better not send me a new shipment nor charge my card for a renewal on 2/16. Stay away from this company or you will probably be locked in for life.

horrible company with no real contact info. i keep getting the calming chews and no way to cancel. they give you a link that is not active. beyond frustrating

Lucky struggled badly with separation anxiety when I left for work. I tried everything with no success until my friend Roberto recommended a calming chew. It worked amazingly—no more messes or stress. I’ve ordered multiple times without any issues. Big thanks to Medipups!

It took me 5 emails to get the subscription canceled! Zero response time after time! And their product doesn’t work!
