Is there anything lower than 1 star - I never signed up for recurring shipments and have spent 4 months trying to cancel and return the shipments. Email must not get read as not one email has been answered. Worst company customer service ever.

I’ve tried to cancel this crap for almost a year now! I finally had to change my credit card and go to my back. The funny thing is they are still sending this product to me and for 7 months I have been throwing it in the trash. I give them zero stars!

Cannot Cancel to Save my Life I have attempted to cancel on 8 occasions and eventually had to cancel my credit card, as it is not possible to cancel this subscription.

I tried the product for a few months, but it did nothing for my dog. When I tried to cancel the subscription, they ignored my email requests for a month and even tried to charge my credit card again this month. Do not do business with Medipups.

First of all I wish I could give them ZERO STARS one star is beinf way too generous. This is how awful this company is to attemt to deal wirh. I have been trying to cancel this subscription for 10 months since September or October of 2025. No response from Medipups by email, No response by email, no response by phone. In fact known phone # for company answers and asks me if I want to buy a Life Alert it is an advertisement #. No one ever answers. No one replies to multiple emails. I am down for a class action lawsuit if anyone is interested. Currently in touch with an attorney and I know this is a known issue for way to many people. Please let me know if intrested in joining a class action lawsuit.

I can't cancel my membership with Medipups. I've tried emailing them at least 6 times. They aren't responsive to requests. And the chews don't work for my dog! And this morning, there is another charge pending for the chews!

I have been trying for a month to cancel subscription. After a week, I get an email saying that they would be happy to help, but have a few questions. The email never specifies questions. Then the process goes nowhere. DO NOT BUY from this scamming company.
