Ordered the dog beds over a month ago. I contacted the company twice and have had no response. Why would I buy calming chews or other supplements ( was going to order) when they cannot even handle a simple request for information. All they would need to say is they are back ordered and we expect a shipment within another month or whatever.

I placed my order for the buy one get one bed four days ago and realized I put the wrong city so I've been trying to contact them for 3 days. I emailed seven times I have called that number and it just tells me to go the website to email them and then disconnects. They've already got my money which is 69.99 so either need a refund or I need them. Let me know. They got my email and I can change my city that I lived in. No reply no answer. I'll give him seven more days and then I'll report this. So looking forward to healthy beds for my pups; ( They replied back to me. Going to refund my money. I didn't ask for a refund. I just wanted the pillows but I apologize to them and as soon as I get my refund I WOULD love the pillows THAT'S WHY I ORDERED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE They just need to answer emails faster than what they do thank you very much I hope it ends well for all of us
