Pressed the button to call an ambulance for my Father. In 10 seconds the monitoring station answered and with 10 minutes emergency help was at the house. Awesome and reliable service. If you have a elderly parent who is alone parts of the day, you need this service !!!

I feel more protected

The service has been excellent, the sales person was not pushy but instead explained things in detail and he was patient.

From my first call to MG, i received positive, helpful service. The man online was clear in his explanations and helpful. After promptly receiving the unit, it was easy to hook up and our first two test runs and subsequently talking with their staff, i am confident in the unit and the set up will be there for my parents should the need arise.

When I placed my order, I requested that it be sent in two days. Upon receiving confirmation of my order I realized that it would take from 5-7 days to get it. I immediately called the company to see whether it could be expedited but it already had been sent. The following day I received a call from Medical Guardian stipulating that they would send another device by the 2 day delivery service and that I should return the one that would arrive later. This is what I call excellent service.
