GREAT SERVICE

I had a little difficulty setting uip the pendant and the gentleman on the other end was extremely polite and patient. He very calmly and sweetly kept walking me through the set up process until it fianlly too. Likewise the operators were equally patient and sweet. My connecting cord to the charging unit is very loose. Sometimes it takes a few attempts to get it to charge. Overall, extremely pleased.

Telephone reprepresentative walked me thru the installation with grace & patience. Super nice lady.

You don't need a dedicated phone line to operate this device so that was music to my ears. I also bought the travel package, because I and my family members want to make sure that I'm covered wherever I chose to go. The transistor is small and light-weight, about the size of an iPhone or smaller. It comes with either a wrist band or necklace....I was lucky enough to get both in my order. You just charge it once a day, and that's it. The sound quality is clear as if the response person is in the same room with you. It's comforting to know all my needs are being met through this one small device. I'm pleased to have chosen Medical Guardian as my lifeline! I will definitely suggest Medical Guardian to all my family and friends without hesitation. Thank You, Medical Guardian for this wonderful product!
