The Medical Guardian has proven its efficiency and reliability in the first month that my uncle has had it! The operators are compassionate and professional - immediately decreasing the stress that goes along with falling. We are so glad we have the Medical Guardian GUARDING my uncle when we are not present. It is lifeline.

I found the Medical Guardian representatives were beyond approach. The saleswoman who took my order was able to answer all of my wife's and my questions and addressed each of my concerns. The technicians who assisted me with the activation and the operation of the device were patient with me even though they had to walk me through everything on four different calls. The reason for the four calls was because I came up with additional questions-not because they were not able to resolve my issues to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work!

Medical Guardian sent all the necessary equipment. It was easy to set up, and the activation (by phone) went smoother than any service call I have ever made. The technician checked to make sure all the fall protection pendant worked, and checked the other emergency functions. The first night we got a call that the unit's battery was not charging fully, but after we rearranged the electrical connections everything was fine. Very pleased with the equipment and service.
