I am very happy with my Medical Guardian. I feel more secure now.

It only took a few moments to register my system, and, once you do that you test it using the actual operators twice...so, I have confidence if I did need to use this, I would get the help I need.

I haven't needed to use the emergency service yet. However the quality the device and the service in providing it have been excellent. It is very comforting to have the device at hand.

No problem with Medical Guardian itself, had major difficulty getting the person whom it was purchased for to use it. Eventually I had to return the unit and ended up with a $160.00 out of pocket loss.

After receiving my device it was not what I needed, I called the company with my concerns and how/where to return my package to. The employees were kind, respectful, and very helpful. As Medical Guardian received my package my credit card was refunded within two weeks. I have no complaints!

Called uncertain what I was going to need for my mother in law. They helped identify options and walked through what could be offered. The addition of the lock box really made the decision easy since this allowed emergency access without worrying about a key left somewhere that could be found by someone else.

I had had my medical device for only one week when I had to use it. My blood pressure bottomed out and I collapsed. After crawling to my bed and getting my walker I called your company. They answered right away and sent the EMS to me. They also phoned my daughter (who lives out of town) and she came to the hospital. I was so grateful to have my Gusrdian necklace and can't brag enough about it. It is well worth the money.
