Great experience from start to finish.

We are in our 80s and not very up on technology and the people at customer support were so helpful and respecting of our ages. We got immediate answers to our questions. We actually spoke to a person and one who spoke English something rare in customer support these days. This is a GREAT COMPANY!!.

I started investigating alert programs in October. One person I spoke to was Ron D'Angelo. He went over the program even though I said it would be the end of the year, I thought, before I decided. He said he would check back with me which he did in late November. I was unable to commit at that time but said I would keep his number. This week I made my decision after researching and comparing many other choices. I called him back and said I was ready to purchase from Medical Guardian. I have to admit my research selected your company, but speaking with Rob sealed the deal. If all of your employees are as competent as Rob, I know I am in good hands.

From the first time I called them, each person I spoke to was cheerful and willing to answer any questions I had. Every answer they gave me has turned out to be true, and I couldn't be more happy with them watching over me.

It has taken awhile to figure out how not to set it off accidently, but each time I do someone has answered immediately. One unfortunate time I missed the phone call and the company called the police who were very thorough in order to convince them there was no problem.

Very friendly people to work with. Easy device set up. Test calls always pass with flying colors. I feel my parents are now much safer!
