Immediate no cost upgrade to wifi system given when land line system didn't work with outdated phones. Several follow up calls made to ensure that we were happy with system.

When phoning them for info on the different types of services they offered the representative was very informative and not pushy!! The equipment came quickly and it was easy to set up for my mom and most importantly it was very understandable for her!! I would highly recommend this company.

I talked with Ed yesterday and explained the needs of my 95 year old mother. He listened and recommended a good option and answered all of my questions, without rushing or trying to upsell. I immediately felt peace of mind, as I learned that both emergency and non-emergency uses were available. I have researched several companies and felt that this one would be the best, and it is! I have only used system for couple weeks, still learning, and while jury is still out, so far so good. Team is outstanding. Mostly dealt with Jerrod who is exceptional, patient and thorough. Don't know yet how microphone is going to work for me; I am hard of hearing and sometimes I don't hear the auto message until too late. Am trying to wear box on shoulder like law enforcement to see if it helps. I fell once and the box did not recognize it; and once the box fell off the necklace and there was no recognition

I would recommend Medical Guardian. They were open for business Thanksgiving when the other company said everyone already went home. Kathy with a K felt like a family member talking to me. The monitoring station people talk perfect English that my mother can understand...not like the other company that had Southern accents....she couldn't understand their dialect and accent. I would have to say I have no complaints so far.
