Reliable service. No problems so far.

My brother suffered a double stroke in July of 2024. His right arm and right leg are virtually lame. I purchased Medical Guardian for him last September. He has had to activate three times since then after a fall. Medical Guardian dispatches the paramedics very quickly and they contact my nephews to keep them abreast of everything going on with my brother. Very pleased with Medical Guardian! - Les Lorenzo

When my mother has accidently activated her device the customer representative is "never bothered " by it and always shows genuine care and concern. Having this device has allowed my mother to remain independent in her home and has given us peace of mind.
