After our grandmother spent 5 hours on the floor of her home with no one to come to her aid after she fell and broke her hip we looked around for medical alert response devices. Medical Guardian was reasonably priced, quick to deliver, easy to setup, and absolute fantastic people answering the tests we did once it was live. A lot of other companies do not have fixed pricing and you have to go through a salesman. We did it all online !! Thanks again !!

I chose to consider because of it's high rating . George showed a personal interest in my situation before telling me about the product. He answered all my questions and convinced me I should try it. Th dact that there is no contract or activation fee was appealing AND if for any reason I decide not to continue I get the remaining of my paid annual fee back.

The online ordering fast and smooth. The price was competitive.  The package arrived in less than 3 days. Within 30 minute I had it hooked up, activated and tested and it is very easy to use.  When the rep asked if I had any questions, I felt confident to say no, you were very helpful and thorough. Lisa provides excellent customer service and was very responsive in following up and answering my questions. There are so many medical alerts on the market and it can be overwhelming. My mother recently had a heart attack and is alone a majority of the time. I know she is scared and I hope the medical guardian will give her some comfort, as well as for the rest of us. Thanks for your support Lisa in this difficult time for my family.

The service has been very good so far. The operators are very nice and courteous. All I would like to know is if you have a wrist band? if not you need to make a smaller pendent. I don't mind it when I wear it on my waist but when I have to wear it around my neck, which is more often than around my waist, I would like something a little smaller. It gets bumped too much and the operators have already called me once because of the fall protection. So after that I would when I would stand up or anything I would hold it in my hand. That it wouldn't get bumped. So if you happen to have a wrist band please send me one if not ya'll need to make them asap!
