I had some reservations at first I had been with Life Alert for 3 years and it was not the best experience and it was even worse when I went to leave them so I really looked hard to find a company I thought would be a good one. All the research I did and people I talked to recommended this company but still I was a little nervous until I got to talking with them on the phone and they were so nice and didn't hesitate to answer any questions that I asked. They were not in a rush to get me off the phone they wanted to make sure I understood everything and that I felt comfortable with my choice they even told me to take a couple days think it over talk it over with my husband and call them back when I felt like it. They were not after the sale but after helping me that's what I love the most. I've not had to use them yet but so far I love this company.

Ordering and delivery were excellent. Have not had to use it, but testing was good

The unit was easy to use and set up. The people we spoke with helpful and friendly. They answered all of our questions and helped test the unit several times with no problems.

The salesperson and then the follow up customer care, set-up personal were all helpful and caring. We had no difficulty setting up the equipment or correcting anything that needed to be tweaked.

Very professional to deal with, easy to order. Equipment arrived precisely on time. Easy to hook up, and set-up was a breeze. Fall detector might be a touch over-sensitive, as we seem to get quite a few false alarms.

Medical Guardian accomplishes two goals. First, they are attentive and react promptly when signaled. Really promptly. Like seconds rather than minutes. Second, they really reduce the stress on friends and relatives, especially those who are too far away to help in an emergency.
