My son has muscular dystrophy and lives in Colorado. I, on the other hand, live in Seattle. Setting up his alert system long distance was very easy and my initial conversation with the representative was most informative. [It is reassuring to have the name and number of that representative in case I need to contact anyone in the company.] My son also reports that setting up the system was very easy and he appreciates how easy it is for him to communicate with a representative.

Was looking for a medical response system for my Mother. Medical Guardian was very easy to work with. The salesman was helpful, but not pushy. Liked that it came with two remote devices and a lockbox. Installation was easy.

I had gotten a Medical Guardian system after my mother too a bad fall and was hospitalized. She had gotten up in the middle of the night to get something from the fridge and fell. My father couldn't hear her and she had to crawl to where he finally could. I decided then and there to have something ready for them once she returned home. Then I went on the Internet. I researched a bunch of other companies. I'm sure you may be familiar with a few of their commercials on TV. I didn't want anything so huge or intrusive. During my research I stumbled upon Medical Guardian. I saw how happy others were with their services. And as a bonus they were located in my state. I gave them a call and spoke to a very nice representative named Mike. He helped me to decide on what my parents would do best with. He really knew his stuff. He even called me back the next day. That's customer service. The package arrived very quickly. I installed it and went over how to use it with both my parents. We did the test calls and everything worked just as Mike said it would. Then came a test of another sort. Mom rolled on the pendant and set it off accidentally when I want there. The operator was very kind and though they apologized for the trouble, she told them it was fine and she was glad all was okay. So now both my parents and I know they can handle it if the situation does come up again where help is needed and they can't get to a phone. I know we are all sleeping alot better at night thanks to Medical Guardian.

This is the best product on the market. The staff is great and they are very good at explaining the process. I live far away from my dad, but it is like they are right there with him. I'm glad to have the ability to have such great people caring for him. The money is worth the peace of mind. The product is very easy to use and set up. They were there checking on him within seconds when he fell. I would never choose another company. They are great!
