My 87 year old dad and 65 year old cousin who both have physical issues and can fall over at anytime live with us and we both work and travel so it is there for our peace of mind and their peace of mind.

I feel so much better knowing that I am just a phone call away from help!! My children are happy that someone is looking out for me when they can't be here!

Very good medical alert product

I was very impressed with the service from the Medical Guardian agents I spoke to. They were all very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this company and their fine service to anyone.

With advancing age (84) and living alone, I decided to look at medical alert systems in case of a fall or illness. I saw an ad in The Readers Digest for Medical Alert Systems. I called and the sales representative answered all of my questions. I decided on the basic model and it was delivered in a few days. Activation and testing was a snap. I then decided that since I am still mobile and leave home often that I should upgrade to the mobile unit with GPS location. I called the company and they upgraded me within a few days and it works perfectly. I recommend this model.

My mom is 98 and was initially resistant to getting a medic alert button. I went online and researched several options and chose Medical Guardian. The kit arrived within a week and my mom now has no problem wearing her alert button, even in the shower, since it is waterproof. Installation was easy and I have peace of mind when I am not around, thanks to Medical Guardian.
