This company did just what they said they would. Did it all over the phone and the set up was completed in just over 20 minutes. Works like a dream. I have two ...around the neck and also one for the wrist. I know that I will be covered day and night. great feeling of support.

Was very impressed with the quality of the person I talked to. He was very patient with us and answered all the questions we had. Was willing to stay on the line till we were comfortable with the system.

We had this service for 6 months for my elderly father and he had to use it twice. The response time was immediate. They were also great when we had to have them send a replacement when we lost the unit. We did purchase the insurance and they immediately replaced within 2 business days. Great customer service

I haven't yet received my alert unit. However, I did have to call Customer Service because of a billing issue. I man that helped me was very understanding and more than willing to see why my charge card was overcharged. It was a wonderful first contact and I look forward to getting and using my Guardian Alert equipment. Sue P
