Sign up was very good. However, I find that it is too large to be worn around the neck. I would like to be able to wear it to work. I don't wear pants or many skirts , mostly dresses. Few pockets or jackets. Even clipping it to a bra strap is unsightly. It's just too big and so it's left at home and only used there. Which is not much

I've had my whole system plus 3 pendants fail. In testing, the operators are slow to respond.

I had a false alarm with my system. They called my house 2x and my cell phone 2x and then my friend before they called 911 so if I had fallen they would have delayed help for about 20 to 25 min. I had filled out paper work with my neighbor's phone number and it was not in the system why did I put the information on the paper work if it was not entered into the system. The day after all of this I fell and the alarm did not go off I was able to crawl to a chair and get myself up so I did not have to push the button. I just thought you should know that this is 2x that the equipment did not work right for me.

This unit is very easy to plug in! I don't like that the pendant doesn't have a mic. I definitely don't like how BRIGHT the lites are. Very glad I don't have it in my bedroom!! Of course don't really have a clue how this will work in an emergency; hope the home base will be able to hear me! Did not like that I was charged the NEXT day from when I ordered this unit, had to wait almost a week before getting it and then another week before I got a place for it and had help to set it up. NOT happy with that. Still not sure I am keeping this.

Right now I have no concerns

Have only had the unit one month. Do not feel I can make a comment one way or another. After I've had to "USE" it, only then can I make a review good or bad.

The start up process was easy. The unit was delivered quickly and was no problem to connect up. Have had a problem with it alarming and saying there was an interruption in the line and that the battery was low. I have contacted customer service several times about this but not sure the low battery issue has been fixed.

As Dad has only had this device for about 10 days, it is too early to say anything definitively. He has tested it twice, and everything worked just fine. We could probably tell you more in 3-6 months.
