My. Others and sisters bought this for our father and after setting this up we now have a great price of mind. Dad loves it. He uses the necklaces for around the house and when he takes a shower he puts on his bracelet. Thanks to guardian medical !!

Quick response, I have not had any problems. I have fallen several times and I have had no problems with Guardian. They have called emergency services for aid and emergency services have been come to my aid within minutes.

This has been dependable and efficient.

My Mom originally set up with another provider who was hard sell -- she didn't understand the product, couldn't get in touch with him again and she never received their product. Mary from Medical Guardian couldn't have been any nicer or more informative. No hard sell and honest clear information. The system works exactly as described. One suggestion -- if there is an issue and they reach out to the designated contacts, the caller ID doesn't identify you as Medical Guardian. When an incident happened in October, all of my contacts ignored the call -- thinking it was one of the many political calls that we all received during the election. Other than that, this system has allowed me to stay in my home. Very happy with it
