No problems so far.

Medical Guardian is a great service with ethical business practices. Unlike Life Alert, they do not barrage you with incessant follow-up calls. My only complaint is the services offered should include a mobile App that displays real-time location of our loved one. Making a call after an alert for location can incur waste of valuable minutes.

Since receiving my Medical Guardian. I have piece of mind knowing help is just a push of a button. My only regret is that I did not get it sooner then now. Thank you so much.

My 86 year old active, independent mother woke up one night to go to the bathroom. She fell. Living alone she tried to get herself up but broke her leg and had a minor stroke in the process. At 4:00 in the morning she was on her own to move herself to the phone which was five feet away. At 9:00 a.m. she finally arrived at the phone and called 911 for herself and then started calling family. The family cringes at the thought that of what would have happened had she not been able to move at all? How many days would we have waited to go see why she wasn't answering our calls? What would we have found? Thank God we never need to know the answers to those questions. Medical Guardian gives Mom and all of us peace of mind that she will not be left alone even though she lives alone. The weekly tests that the system works, and the fall detection on the devise helps all of us live life fully. Mom always has her device on her. Thanks Medical Guardian.

I have had a few false alerts but there has been no question. Once I dropped my purse containing the button and did not know that I had triggered an alert. By the time Med Guardian called a couple of my alternate contacts (we were at a noisy venue) and we learned of the situation, Med Guardian had already called for assistance which we then canceled. There was only understanding and no rancor.

The device was easy to purchase (no hassell by a salesman)- good customer service in setting up the system which was quite simple.

So far I am happy with the product; however, I have not had to actually use it yet.

The initial ordering and delivery of the system couldn't have been smoother. Fortunately we haven't had cause to actually test the system since we haven't had an emergency.
