This is the worse device made. I received this device around July 20, 2025 and had nothing but problems. The sales person kept trying to get me to change the one I ordered for a watch, buttons, and things I stick on my wall. He said if the bright green light that comes on every minute on the minute, put black electrical tape over it. First class operation. After several calls to the sales person he decided to send me the things I stick on the wall. I told him I did not want them. I sent them back to them as not accepted. They received my mailed device back on August 5 2025 and this is August 15 and they still have not refunded my money. They charged me $84 because I missed the dead line by 2 days. It was in the mail. This company stole $84.00 from me and I still have not received any refund. They are taking advantage of senior citizens and need to be shut down. Horrible customer service.

I would not recommend Medical Guardian for anyone. They take advantage of senior citizens. My grandma used this product and it stopped working in June. They were supposed to send her a replacement and never did. After they failed to send her a new device she decided to cancel her membership with them. She sent her device back and did everything she was instructed to do by Medical Guardian. She had paid for a year up front in full and they told her that they would credit her a prorated amount. She never received a refund or a credit. She called and they insisted they issued a credit but they never did. They were rude to my grandmother and made her feel as if she was in the wrong when Medical Guardian was completely at fault. The representative was unable to help my grandma or answer any of her questions. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend you or any of your loved ones to use Medical Guardian unless you’d like to be taken advantage of.

My husband has been using Medical Guardian for at least 9 month now. He is using the watch. During this time he has received probably 20 wrong alerts. Saying he has fallen. One of the most resent he was not even wearing the watch and it was in the charger. Most frustrating is I can not get anyone to call me back. I have left 2 messages and no call back yet. Very frustrated.

Horrible customer service!!!!! I was requesting to cancel my monthly service and the first call I made got no answer after being on hold for 20 minutes. I tried the website, which only allowed me to purchase an item--but had no provisions for cancelling service. I called again, this time connecting with "billing" and told them I would like to cancel. They disconnectted me! I tried again with "billing" and this time I was told I would be connected with the individual who could cancel my service after a "brief" hold. The "brief hold" was over 25 minutes, at which point I hung up. This is unacceptable!

I ordered an extra charger for my watch. It was promised the next day and I was charged on my credit card. 2 days later when it didn't arrive I called to find out why. I was told that they didn't know when it was going to be sent out because they were using a new system. I told them to cancel the order then. They didn't cancel it. They charged me! Now I have 2 credit card purchases for an item I never got. I can't even speak with a supervisor. They might contact me in 2 days. I don't need that kind of service for such a critical health item.

My 89 yr. old mom paid for her device in full (huge mistake). She never used the service, had the device for about a yr (new in the box) when she had to moved into a Sr. Living place. She called them at that time and was told that they would send her a box to return the equipment but it never came. We called again about seeing if the service could be moved to her sister's name. They would not even consider it. Told us that if it was going to be reactivated that it would have to be in her own name. Even tho it is brand new and never used. Such a waste of brand new equipment- to go in the trash. Horrible company. Stear clear. Bad customer service as well... will leave you hanging on hold for 20 minutes!! You'll get sick of listening to their elevator music!!

I have had nothing but problems with my device working correctly and so I have been sent several different devices to try. I'm still waiting for my 3td replacement device to try. And if that isn't bad enough, when I returned the two devices that didn't work properly, my account was cancelled without my request, and now I've been charged a reactivation fee even though I paid an annual fee until December. My daughter has spent hours on the phone dealing with all of these issues and I still don't have a fully functional device and I'm owed money that was charged to my credit card without my consent! I could not possibly recommend your company to others unless these problems are resolved to my satisfaction

This is full of hidden costs. After receiving the equipment they wanted to raise my monthly rate more than double. When sending it back it cost $50 With insurance and they charge a $50 restocking fee. People on phone are rude. After a week of them receiving it I had to call back with tracking number then it will take 30 days IF a refund is processed. You get what you paid for.
