I had one false alarm when I tossed the monitor onto my car seat and shortly afterwards the EMTs arrived. They did not make me feel bad about it and I was impressed with the speed of the response.

Brett did a A great job explaining how the alarm system worked. I decided on going with Medical Guardian because of his answers and professionalism.
