Mother fell while outside and someone contacted her immediately and offered to call me or 911. She was ok so she thanked them and told them there was no need to call anyone, but she was very impressed by the fast and considerate service. I am reassured that I did the right thing by purchasing the fall detection service for her. I highly recommend this service.

I have not had to use my Medical Guardian to this point. However, I have had many times when I have activated my devise by mistake and have always had an immediate response.

So far so good. We are not activated yet, but we are having to wait a few days, since the nursing home is wanting to Work with mom to get her used to the system before bringing her home. It is the weekend, so the therapists won't be in until Monday. I spoke with Sal on a couple of occasions previous to purchasing. He was very helpful and seemingly concerned about my mother's safety.
