I called because my device was not working. I was very upset. I spoke with Esi...I pray I got her name correctly. She was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, informative, fun, and did not make me feel stupid. What a gift for any company. I wish I could hire her!!! I have had this device for years and she is the first person that walked me through exactly how to use it and troubleshoot when I have a problem. M. Bilal/California

I had read mixed reviews of this company, so I was somewhat skeptical. I had an extensive spinal fusion in May of this year and was looking for a system as I live alone. From the first call, they were very courteous and professional. They explained the pricing structure very clearly, and all of the equipment arrived promptly and was easy to set up. I ended up doing several false alarms as I accidentally hit a wall button or my locket, but they were always polite about it & just promptly reset the main unit. I would like to mention 2 outstanding customer support individuals: Katrina in the cancellation department. My friend was going to cancel me as she was paying less than I was. However, Katrina explained the reason and then credited me for a much more expensive unit that I really didn't need and gave me the same pricing deal that my friend had. This covered a base unit, a wrist monitor, a locket monitor, and 2 wall buttons. She was extremely helpful and honest. Jamil in the cancellation department. I was walking well & without my back brace around my home, so I called to return my equipment. I had been somewhat anxious about that as I still have to go through PT for my recovery as well as experiencing a knee that needs to be replaced and is not providing good support for walking. Jamil explained that I could have 2 free months to see how the PT was going to help and exactly when I would start being rebilled again. I appreciated his explaining that option which buys me another 2 months of support but I know when I need to cancel should I continue to do well. I trust this company as they have always been transparent and upfront about the cost and what services would be provided on that plan.

Love the service. Quick response time and helpful friendly people. I feel more confident that my mom will have the help if she needs it. I would recommend this company to others. Thanks so much!

Excellent Service

My mother used Medical Guardian , living by her self she felt safe with her fall alert . The one time I did need to call customer service they were great . Returning the equipment was a snap . So glad they were there for the family . Would highly recommend this company to anyone . Thank you .

My sister is on a fixed income and has limited mobility, Eric's temperament and calm demeanor help my sister understand the in's and out's of the different systems. He is truly a testament what Medical Guardian is all about "True Customer Service" -- Putting their clients/customer at the forefront of what their technology is all about. They are in the business of saving lives and thanks to Eric - I feel my sister is in Great hands with Medical Guardian solutions ....... more representatives should learn from the cool, calm attitude of Mr. Eric Montgomery he is a class act and a born leader. A lot of time we are alone and if we fall we won't know how long we will be laying there it could be days and if you are hurt real bad you might die. So it would be wise to get the medical alert system just to save our lives if need be and it sounds like a great deal please show us more. I need to know how much this will cost us since we are very limited in money.

I ordered the medical guardian for my mother. I was taking a trip up to see her and could hook it up for her. It arrived after I left (due to weather). Mom could not find a suitable outlet in her house (built in the 50s), and thought it was more than she wanted. She packed it up and returned it. Since I had paid a year in advance, I was credited back all but three months worth. Since we never activated it, and returned it quickly.......I wish someone would have mentioned that there is a 3 month minimum. They contacted me after the review and made sure I was whole. Thank you, medical guardian. I changed the rating to full satisfaction.
