Their quick response time is amazing, just the other day I dropped the devise into my pants pocket and it went off showing a fall they checked with immediately to see if I needed any help. I told them it was just a test....LOL This devise gives me total comfort whether I'm in the house or out working in the yard, I love that it travels so I can go visit my grand-kids out of state, really great product

Whenever I've needed help, they have always provided the help very quickly. When they could not get my children, they quickly called the police. The lockbox on my front door enabled the police to get in without breaking in. Could not have been better. Medical Guardian gave the code to the police.

My Dad uses Medical Guardian and I am glad he does. It gives me peace of mind. I am able bro leave the house and run errands without all the worry of leaving him alone. Their customer support is the greatest!

Even though I sometimes forget to test the device at the beginning of the month, this still the best way to go if you plan on any outdoor activities. A person can go anywhere, anytime and be any means. This will work. With today's modern technology and with as many cell towers as there are, a person is virtuously limitless. This a very helpful tool for us senior citizens.

It worked as promised. In the barn, knocked down and trampled with gaping wound. Called for help and it came fast. HOWEVER. despite your company's assertion and a $25 appreciation for each person I recommended, and I have done so two times, not a dime. Oh, well.

My most recent experience occurred when the blue light flashed and a beautiful butterfly landed on it. I have not had to use my guardian for an emergency but I wear it all the time, and among my friends, I am the o ly one who does so. I learned from a friend who took off her guardian and relied on her phone until the day she fell and lay on the floor for hours with her phone on the table. My necklace is always on me!

We have traveled all around the U.S., including Hawaii, and thankfully we have not had to use my wife's Medical Guardian. We have tested it at various times and places and it has worked every time. She dropped it one day and the fall detector set it off and asked if she needed help. We easily canceled the "fall". It makes it much easier for me to leave the house for short periods of time knowing she is wearing her Medical Guardian device.
