I’ve had several issues with device not charging. However the staff was very helpful in answering my questions and forwarding new equipment if it was needed.

I appreciate the promptness you answered, even when the button gets pushed accidentally. I don’t like the fiber used as necklace. It irritates my skin encouraging me to not wear it, just tie it on my walker. I have trouble putting it in the cradle for charging. Often it keeps blinking red and white but doesn’t turn solid red when fully charged. Would like the smaller unit.

Customer Service was able to answer my questions and issue an MG Mini necklace in place of the MGMiniLite wrist device for my mother, as the wrist device is difficult for her to put on and irritated her wrist during activities. There is a $120 upcharge for the fall detection that was not made clear in all their literature. This is why I did not give them a 5 star review. Rather frustrating when you look at the options of each device and it appears to be included.

I'm very happy, and feel more secure, wearing my Medical Guardian device. I have set it down too hard a few times, and always have a response instantly. I can just push the button to cancel the call - very handy. The only complaint I have is that I received so many phone calls trying to sell me more equipment and/or services to go with it. I am a fairly newly widowed woman with a just adequate income. Recently I have not received those calls, and I thank you.

Having no cellular service in this area, I was very concerned when Frontier decided to disconnect my land line for fiber optics. In a loss of power there is no way to contact emergency services! That also meant that the medical guardian unit we have was useless without a land line. BUT… the man I spoke to, as I was about to cancel my subscription, saved our lives. He introduced me to another system that works on WIFI AND has a battery back up!!! The stress that I have been going through for a while suddenly all fell away as we will now have a way to contact emergency services when the power is out, which happens many times a year! 4 of 5 stars because the initial contact told me I had no choice but to cancel as they only used land lines for contact. Someone should enlighten your first responders of that knowledge! Thank you for being there for us. Beryl Taylor. for. John Taylor.

Used for Mom and sister - like the product - it has necklace and button, so something that everyone can use. Very good customer service and the sales pitch contains useful and valid information. Mom is gone - sister is using now and so far, likes the idea of being able to get help if she falls.

I am having trouble keeping the device connected to the neck rope. Looks like one of the shoulders on the top of the device is missing.
