After three years of carrying the unit have had no medical incident. Have accidently activated the unit several times and the response was immediate which re-enforced by decision for continued subscription. I am an active going on 90 years playing golf several times a week. I play with a group who know that I carry the unit just in case ...... just in case!

Thankfully we have never really had the need to use the services. But since I occasionally have to leave my husband at home by himself I periodically check the automated response time and am very happy with the response time. It definitely helps give us some reassurance that help will be available if needed.
