With balance issues we worry when husband is home alone or out doing errands. With Medical Guardian we have peace of mind knowing that there is always someone only a phone call away...and it's not my husband making the call. I was on travel and my husband bumped his unit worn on a lanyard around his neck and immediately someone called him to see if he had fallen and if he was okay. We definitely recommend Medical Guardian, and the bonus is that you are not stuck in a long contract should you decide you no longer have a need for the service.

I would recommend Medical Guardian to anyone looking for a medical alert for their loved one. My Dad, who can be stubborn with new things, has found great comfort in wearing his medical alert. He uses the clip on (vs. the necklace or watch as he does not like jewelry). I (and my Dad) were most impressed at how quickly Medical Guardian replaced his device when he recently lost it. Everyone should get the protection plan. The staff are very helpful with any questions or concerns you have. Personally, it has given me the piece of mind I have not had in years.

I have used the Medical Guardian Service for more than 6 years In all that time I did not have a medical episode. in April of this year that changed. While walking on a remote hiking trail I fell and fractured my hip. Using the GPS the operator pinpointed my location and quickly directed EMS to my location. They notified my emergency contacts of my situation and the hospital I was enroute to. My emergecy contacts were at the hospital when I arrived. I could not ask for more!
