Poor battery life
The device works well and the response is quick. However the battery life is poor.

The device works well, but the security of the device was attached to the lanyard is not as secure as it should be. It comes off too easily.

The team is great.

I had good service from medical guardian. The problem was the cost. Like many of us on S/S checks, our spending has had to adjust as prices on everyday items rise. I found a less costly service that I will be using. I need to stop my service and return the device. Please advise as to how I return my items. John Keefe

Staff is fantastic. Battery in unit won't hold a charge very long. I wouldn't trust it fir more than 24 hours.

I've had to use it a few times at times I wish it would've answered faster but it answered.

I had an incident a year ago(heart attack). My Daughter came immediately and called Medical Services to rescue me. I think the medical guardian alerted her to my falling. Other than that, I wear it continually and it appears to be working fine.

Medical Guardian is an emergency assistance service. In the year sine I subscribed I have not had an emergency but I did accidentally trigger the "alarm button." Their response was immediate and satisfactory with absolutely no resentment for the "false alarm." A simpler one- sheet guide to the various actions and responses (refrigerator door type), would get them 5 stars.
