A Better Quality of Life. We can't live without it. My father is 95 and fell last year without a device and he had to wait for someone to come in his home, a long time. Now with the Medical Guardian he feels confident to go do the things he wants to do without a fear of falling. Response is great and it goes where he goes.

They are happy to help you with any information or instructions to set up the equipment and they are responsive when you press the button. They are happy for you to test the equipment by pressing the button on the necklace. They answer and you tell them it is a test. I am happy with there service

I have a mini-guardian that clips to my belt. on two occasions, the device's clip broke when too much pressure was placed on it. in each case, I called medical guardian and, at no cost to me, MG sent a new clip in just a few days. while I'm at it, a big "atta boy" to MG when I have accidentally triggered the device and MG responded immediately to make sure I was OK.

I live alone and having Medical Guardian gives me and my family peace of mind that if I need help it's easily gotten.

The service works just as advertised and I’ve been very pleased with it. I have a bit more peace knowing help is a button press away.
