I had dropped my unit in the hot tub and it wouldn't work. I called in and they sent a new one right out. I depend on Medical Guardian to keep me safe. They also make it very easy to set up a new one.

When I got my Medical Guardian deep inside you wish you’ll never have to use it “BUT” when you have to use it, it’s a blessing to know that it really works. I’ve had to use it once and from the time I pressed the button and spoke with the very pleasant lady that kept me calm until the FD/Ambulance arrived Thank God that I didn’t have to go to the Hospital.
