I feel that I can depend on M.G. in an emergency which is the whole point of having the monitor.

A very good service

Though co-housing with an adult child, his work hours are long and occasionally involves travel, my Medical Guardian gives comfort to all my family, and me, in case of emergency. Fortunately, I have not had to use it. However, an 80yr old neighbor fell on ice while walking her dog during the day. She also walks it late at night, summer and winter. Needless to say, we neighbors are still trying to convince her to contact Medical Guardian for her own safety.

Ordering and receiving in timely manner. Alert functions as intended and customer service is prompt and helpful. But it doesn’t function in Canada I found out. But otherwise happy with alert.

My 89 year old father lives alone and we have found the medical guardian device invaluable! One time, my father fell in the bathroom and could not get up. Luckily, he had on his device and was able to press the button for help. Medical Guardian contacted local EMS services and they were able to use the code to unlock the lockbox on my father's front door to gain access. They quickly assisted my father who was unhurt and he was able to go about his day. The system worked exactly as it should've and I have such peace of mind!

I called to see what options Medical Guardian had for fall detection. My mother already has a mini device necklace but we were becoming more concerned about possible falls. The person who answered our call said all we needed was to upload new software by placing her device on the charger for an hour. It did increase the charges but worth it for peace of mind.

I have never had an issue with the response time from the team at Medical Guardian. I have Fall Protection in my plan and I have always gotten a quick call when I've accidentally dropped my small device. Medical Guardian is like having a special set of eyes following me around 24/7.

Haven't had to use it, but feel confident that "if/when" I do, in help being on the way quickly.
